Foraged ingredients, slow & natural food processing, and nutrition take centre stage in this tasting event by Kreame Isaac. There has been a disconnect between what we eat and what is around us. We have neglected readily available, rich sources of nutrition for low quality food comprised mostly of simple sugars & starch in different forms. Kreame tells us to look around us and see (taste) what we're missing.

A 2-day interactive workshop of a maximum of 25 participants. Tickets include the workshop kit (ingredients, chemicals, basic tools) which you will be using to make awesome molecular cocktails yourself, some snacks for the afternoon, plus certificates.
